What to Expect


  1. Apply: Complete your application by clicking the button above. It takes about 15 minutes. Make sure all information is accurate and complete.

  2. Background Check & Review: Once we receive your application, we'll send you an email with a link to complete and pay for your background check. Results typically come back within 2 business days. You'll hear from our team within 24 hours of your background check clearing.

  3. Quick Video Interview: Once your background check clears, we'll schedule a brief video interview to learn about your experience, availability, and preferences. This helps us match you with the right clients.

  4. Get Set Up: You'll be added to our Serenity communication platform and Ally scheduling system. We'll walk you through how everything works. It's simple and user-friendly.

  5. Start Receiving Client Referrals: As a registry caregiver, you'll receive client referrals based on your availability, location, and skills. You choose which clients to accept. Most caregivers get their first referral within 1-2 weeks of approval.

  6. Begin Building Your Schedule: The more clients accept you and request you back, the fuller your schedule becomes. You're in control of your rates and availability.
